Well, ask director Noel F. Lim. I spent a few months in Manila in 2002 shooting a film version of Wasted where Noel insisted I play the lead character Eric. Doing it during our free time (I was inking High Roads, and Noel was doing whatever) we were able to shoot up to a third of the movie before I had to go back home to San Pablo and get married. Further shooting from me then became out of the question.

Noel has since restarted shooting the movie with other actors, but beyond that, I don't know what has happened. My agreement with with Noel is that he has my permission to do Wasted, and no one else can. From multiple conversations with him, I have an understanding of what he wants to do and he's free to pursue his instincts as a filmmaker to interpret Wasted as he sees fit.
